General Return & Refund Information:

If your order from The Boot Store arrives and it's not quite right, don't worry, we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • If your shoes don’t fit, you can return any new, unused, and unaltered item within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please ensure your shoes fit properly and that you're completely satisfied before wearing them for normal use. We recommend trying them on a carpeted area.

Refundid - Instant refunds

Return or Exchange of Made-to-Order (MTO) Items:

  • Products that are custom-made or personalized according to your specifications are not eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with the applicable laws.
  • Size Exchange of MTO Orders: If your custom shoes don’t fit, you can return them within 7 days of delivery for a new replacement pair in the correct size. Please note that you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse.

Size Exchange / Return Excluded Items:

Certain items are excluded from our standard return/exchange policies:

  • Orders with exotic leather or special customizations (e.g., engraved initials) cannot be returned or exchanged due to fitting issues or any other circumstances.

Defective Merchandise:

If you receive a faulty product or one that does not match your design instructions, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods. We'll inspect the item and either amend the issue, provide a replacement, or offer a full refund.

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method or issued as an in-store credit voucher. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us at hello@theboot.store.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Sale items or purchases made with credit/coupon codes cannot be refunded. Instead, you'll receive in-store credit (voucher coupon).

How to Make a Return (if applicable):

  • Contact us at hello@theboot.store to initiate the return process. Ensure that all products are shipped back unworn and in the exact same condition. Returned merchandise not meeting our requirements will not be refunded.
